Dear Brethren,
Due to concerns about the coronavirus (COVID-19) and suggestions from the President of the United States and the Governor of Tennessee, limiting gatherings of 10 or less the Grand Lodge of Tennessee has decided to cancel this year’s session for the membership in general.
The Grand Lodge officers will open Grand Lodge on Wednesday March 25, 2020 only to dispense with ‘essential business including election of Grand Officers with the exception of JGW, adoption of Grand Lodge budget’, and table all code proposals and committee reports until next communication and close Grand Lodge.
District meetings are cancelled thru April and will be reevaluated at that time.
Please see that this letter is read in open lodge and reported within the minutes.
